Function Rooms

Our function rooms are available to book for a celebration or as a user group for an event booking.  We host birthday parties and anniversary parties, funeral receptions, seminars and meetings.  Our two large event halls are excellent spaces to consider when planning your event.  We have a smaller hall and a meeting room that can be booked for user groups or for smaller meetings.  Our Towcester Suite and Colebrook Hall comes manned with a bar, we do not take bookings for hall hire without the bar for party function bookings.

Our Centre is fully accessible with ample free car parking. 

Please note that our minimum age booking for parties is aged 21 and over.  We do not host children's parties.

The Towcester Suite

The Towcester Suite is available to book for evening functions such as birthday celebrations.  The hall holds a maximum of 140 persons and we have a minimum booking requirement of 50 adults for Friday evening functions & 80 adults for Saturday evening functions.  The hall comes with a manned bar and use of our kitchen facilities. It has a raised stage ideal for disco or band use.  It is carpeted with a dedicated dance area.  The small hall can be booked alongside the Towcester Suite, if available, for catering purposes (an extra fee).

The room can also be used for seminars and meetings, with use of kitchen facilities and overhead projector and screen if required.
The Colebrook Hall

The Colebrook Hall is available to book for evening functions such as birthday celebrations. The hall holds a maximum of 130 persons and we have a minimum booking requirement of 80 adults for evening functions. The hall comes with a manned bar and use of our kitchen facilities.  It has a wooden floor, great for dancing or for exercise classes alike.  The small hall can be booked alongside the Colebrook Hall, if available, for catering purposes (an extra fee).
The Small Hall

The Small Hall can be hired as an 'add on' to our larger halls during functions (extra charge), a great space to lay out your event food. 

It is also hired by user groups, as a smaller space to utilize.  Our drawing, flower arranging and some of our dance classes use this room.
The Multi Purpose Room

This room can be booked for smaller meetings or less formal seminars.  It seats twenty persons with small tables.  There are no kitchen facilities but a kettle is provided.  You would need to bring your own sundries.
